Each unit comes equipped with both a washing machine and dryer, and the showers are designed to provide a great experience.

What is the height clearance of the garage? I have a rooftop tent on my vehicle and need to be sure it will fit.

Are guests allowed to smoke on the balconies?

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments due to fire safety regulations. However, guests may smoke on the balconies while keeping the doors shut to prevent smoke from triggering fire alarms.
